Remote and multi-location teams should not get a weaker experience. TTM India's live virtual programmes use facilitated discussion, scenarios, polls, moderated questions and knowledge checks, so participants take part rather than simply watch.
Messages, video calls and shared files are part of everyday work. Online sessions cover respectful conduct in chats, calls and virtual events, and what to do when something online makes someone uncomfortable. Participants are asked not to share identifiable details of any active complaint.
| Online | Onsite | |
|---|---|---|
| Reach across locations | Strong | Needs travel |
| Group size | Smaller batches work best for discussion | Flexible |
| Interaction | Polls, chat, breakout-style discussion | Face-to-face discussion |
| Records | Platform attendance and login reports | Attendance sheet |
Many organisations use a mix. We can help you decide.
