This policy explains how The Training Mentorrs ("TTM India", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through ttmindia.com.

We collect only what you choose to give us, plus basic technical data.
- Enquiry form: name, work email, phone or WhatsApp, organisation, designation, service of interest, number and profile of participants, location, preferred dates, language and the brief you write.
- Checklist download: name, work email, organisation, designation and approximate organisation size.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring page, through server logs and analytics, including Google Analytics 4 where you accept analytics cookies.
- Cookies: see section 8.
Please do not give us names, allegations, evidence or confidential details of an active complaint. The website is not a complaint-reporting channel. If you do send such information, we may delete it and ask you to use your organisation's authorised process.

4. Consent
Where we rely on your consent, such as for sending the checklist and related updates, we ask for it clearly at the point of collection. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@ttmindia.com. Withdrawal does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us run the website and communicate with you, such as hosting, email and analytics providers: our web-hosting provider, our email service provider and Google (for analytics), who may only use it for those purposes. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
6. Where it is stored and for how long
Your information is stored on servers operated by our web-hosting provider and, for email, by our email service provider. We keep enquiry information for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and checklist subscriber information until you withdraw consent or for 24 months after your last interaction with us, whichever is earlier, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, such as access controls and secure connections. No system is completely secure, so please share only what is needed.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies that the site needs to work, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice or control cookies through your browser settings.
