Online and onsite across India, Mon to Sat, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Request a Proposal

Employees need to know how boundaries apply to conversations, messages, meetings, travel, social events and hybrid work. TTM India's employee programme helps participants recognise a concern, understand the reporting route and play their part in a respectful workplace.

Who this programme is for

  • All employees, including new joiners, contract and field staff, interns and trainees
  • Teams that have never had POSH training, and teams due for a refresher
  • Organisations that want employees to understand the organisation's own policy and reporting route, not a generic one

Managers, leaders and Internal Committee members have extra responsibilities and benefit from their own sessions. See POSH Training in India and IC/ICC Member Training.

What participants learn

  • Why workplace respect matters, and what professional conduct looks like in practice
  • The POSH framework in plain language, without legal jargon
  • The kinds of unwelcome conduct the law describes
  • How intent, impact, consent, boundaries and context fit together
  • How the workplace extends to travel, events, transport and virtual spaces
  • Your organisation's reporting route and the role of the Internal Committee
  • How to respond as a bystander, support a colleague responsibly and avoid retaliation
  • Why confidentiality matters, and what it means for everyone
  • Knowledge check and open Q&A

How a session runs

A session is built around discussion, not slides read aloud. Participants work through short fictional workplace situations, such as repeated messages, jokes in a group chat, unwanted proximity, pressure linked to a position, offsite conduct and digital channels. We do not invite anyone to describe a real, identifiable case in the room. If someone needs to raise a concern, we direct them to the organisation's authorised route.

Formats

  • New-joiner induction session
  • Refresher for teams who have been trained before
  • Frontline and shift-based teams (short, practical format)
  • Corporate office and hybrid teams
  • Live online batches (see Online POSH Training)
  • Sessions in English or Hindi, subject to trainer availability
  • Multi-batch rollouts across locations

What you can receive

Depending on your agreement: a needs summary, programme agenda, trainer profile, participant handout, attendance or completion record, knowledge-check summary and feedback summary. Any participation certificate is a TTM India certificate of attendance, not a government approval or statutory licence.

Planning employee training

Useful questions to settle before you book:

  • Which groups need to be reached first?
  • Is your policy approved and your Internal Committee's contact information ready to share?
  • Do you need sessions in more than one language or location?
  • Who is the coordinator on your side?

Our free POSH Readiness Checklist can help you see where employee awareness fits into the bigger picture.
