Sukhpal has 25 years of experience as a trainer and speaker. He has conducted more than 500 programmes for over 12,000 participants and delivered 245 keynote talks. Before training full time he worked in legal services, and that background helps him explain the POSH Act clearly and practically.
At TTM India he leads POSH awareness, Internal Committee (IC/ICC) training and POSH compliance support, and also trains on leadership and capacity building for teachers.
